The goal of the Season of Peace Supportive Housing Brand is to help individuals maintain housing and improve their overall well-being guiding them into independence. We offer short term housing, long term housing, and are able to accommodate emergency placements if space is available. Season Of Peace works with other non-profit organizations, agencies, and individuals.
The mission is to provide a safe and stable living environment for individuals. The ultimate aim is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling and productive lives, and to break the cycle of homelessness and institutionalization.
Supportive housing can play a critical role in addressing the needs of vulnerable populations and promoting community inclusion.

How long have you been in business?
The Season of Peace Brand has existed since 2016 with assisting vulnerable populations.
Where is the home located?
The home is located in Northeast Austin, Texas 78723 off of 183 and Loyola Drive. The home is close to major shopping centers, and public transportation (bus stop less than100 feet away).
Who does the home house?
Males
What will my living situation look like in the home?
Residents will share common areas such as kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1560 sq/ft) with 2 living area spaces, kitchen, and accessible front and back porch. There are no more than 2 people assigned to a room.
Are meals provided?
This depends on the resident and their ability to perform their ADL's. This will be assessed prior to being approved to move in.
Depending on the program source meals will be provided.
What is the cost to be a member at the home and what does it include?
The monthly member fee for shared housing is $800 a month. The deposit upon move in is $250. The monthly member fee includes access to wifi, all utilities paid, bed, 1 television in the room (antenna or monthly streaming subscription needed Hulu, Netflix etc), and laundry access. There are 2 other tv's in the home in the common areas. Bath Wash, Shampoo, and Conditioner are accessible in bathrooms if a resident doesn't have their own.
Are medications administered?
We provide medication reminders, and assistance with medication compliance.
Do I need to bring my own bed or television?
No, but if you choose to we would need to know this information prior to move in. We provide comforter, sheets, and pillow also.
Are individuals with sexual offenses able to reside at the home?
We aren't able to house individuals with sexual offenses.
