I have been in the real estate arena for 3 years. I have multiple new builds in my business portfolio amongst other real estate projects.

I created this course to help other inspired home builders get started. Whether you plan to build 1 home or 3 homes you will have the information you need to Grind.Earn.Rinse.Repeat.
Did you know I started and sold my first new build while I was working a full-time job? Was it easy "Heck No", but I was 100% determined to get to the finish line.

Did you know I was on the Section 8 housing program from 2002-2009? Yep, I used the program as a stepping stone. During my time on Section 8 I was consistently working on things to Level Up. I eventually graduated from the program with 10K down payment assistance for a new construction home, and almost 10 years later I used the equity in the home to transition into the real estate game. That home is now an investment property on the Section 8 program.

Did you know I was a teen mom at the age of 17? Yep, she is now a 22yo entrepreneur.

Do we go through the course alone? What if we have questions?
You will go through the modules as they are released weekly. If you have questions you will be able to ask them in the Facebook group and/or the LIVE Module. There will be a weekly live where I will address the questions.
What if I am not happy with the new build course?
This is a knowledge-based course and knowledge CANNOT be reversed once learned, this course is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

No, you do not need to have an existing business.
Does this course guarantee results?
No. I can’t guarantee someone else’s work ethic. It would be illegal and unethical for me to guarantee your success. Your work ethic will determine your success. With that being said I can’t wait to hear your success stories.
Do I have to show up at a specific time for the course?
No, you do not have to log in to your courses at a specific time each day. You should be logging in weekly to keep up with the content. I will do weekly lives and they will be recorded.
